Fee Schedule

Case Review Fees

• $250 Review of discovery
• $40 Digital download retrieval and review
• $325 Written report ( In addition to review fee )
• $600 Expedited report ( In addition to review fee ), provided within two days.
• $200 Supplemental report fee
• $250 Inspection of processing room at Municipal Police Department. ( Minimum charge, depending on location. )
• $200 per hour Trial consultation fee

Court Appearance Fees

• $800 Court appearance
• $700 Additional court appearance
• $900 Drug/DRE court appearance
• $800 Additional drug/DRE court appearance

Payment policies: In order to book an appearance fee, the fee must be received two weeks prior to the court date. Appearance fees are non-refundable. If you notify me that my court appearance is postponed twenty-four hours prior to the appearance time, the fee that you paid will be credited to the next scheduled court date. If the case is resolved without my appearance, the fee is not refundable. I do not accept payment from client. Credit card payments are not accepted for court appearances.
